Video Transcript

" Hello this is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com we have just marinaded our fish for about a half hour. So we are going to do we are going to take it out of this dish and we are going to place it to the baking pan for that is going to be our first preparation. We are going to put a little bit more of the marinade to bake with so it absorbs more moisture and flavor. When cooking fish remember that fish does not have to be cooked very long and never to be in a very high heat especially for baking. It should only take about 15-20 minutes to cook this all the way through. So we place this in the oven. Always set the oven to about 350 no more and on bake, place in the middle of the oven, and again about 20 minutes and you have perfectly baked fish that would be nice and moist and tender, and flavorful. Now we have our fish out of the oven if you like to take a look. When you cook fish if you ever over cook fish it would fall apart on you because there is very little connective tissue. So we want it to stay a little firm. It has a nice opaque center. We should know that it is done with it when it is opaque. If there is any translucent you now that it is not well done but this is a perfect baked fish. It is very tender, very flavorful, and that is how we bake our fish."
