The moist heat method that we are going to be using is a pouching which means it is going to be a none boiling hot water that we will be putting the fish into. We be doing a deep fry batter deep fry in vegetable oil. We are going to be doing a flour and shallow fried pan seared preparation and of course a baking preparation. All these have a lot of specific purposes and some work better for some fish then others. So it is very important to know what kind of fish to use with all these cooking methods. They all yield very unique and very nice results and it really depends on the personal pallet and the materials that you have to work with.
