" Hello this is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com today I'm going to be reviewing the basic fish preparations. Over here I have all my means and plus we are going to be exploring four cooking methods for fish. We will be doing a pouching, a deep fry, a batter dip deep fry, a flour and shallow pan fry, and a baking method. The fish that we will be working with today is a orange ruffy it is a very nice flaky tender fish. We have all of our other materials need to make our marinades white wine, lemon juice, vinegar. We have everything we need for our breading and for our battering we have all purpose flour, eggs, we have olive oil, and our spices which we would be using thyme, rosemary, paprika, and chili powder, salt, pepper, some melted butter to add make some moisture.
