" Hello this is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com. We are working on a American omelet. Our omelet is very solid on the bottom. So what we are going to do next we are going to start adding our ingredients. What I have here is dice onions, havarti cheese, diced Canadian bacon, and fresh slice mushrooms. We are going to add our cheese in first. Sprinkle some of this on. Again we are working on a little over heat so it does not scorch the bottom and again if you prefer a saute your vegetables or filling prior to soften them up to give them any type of carmelization that is absolutely fine. Now we let that sit and in a moment I will show you how to fold it in American style."
