" Hello this is Chef Sean Roe on behalf of expertvillage.com. We just made a French omelet. Now we are going to move on to a American style omelet. It is very similar in the process different presentation. Again 2-3 eggs. A little salt. A little pepper. Again we are going to do it very gently with the fork. Again not to break up the proteins to keep the egg the omelet very solid and fluffy. You are going to add a little milk. Then we move on to the next step."
