"Hi! My name is Rainer Wickel and I am here with expertvillage.com. We are going to be starting with our schnitzels today and I just want to go over with you the utensils that we are going to need to start our project. Now the first thing that we are going to need is three pans because we are going to be using bread crumbs, flour and egg and we are going to be dipping the schnitzel in all three of these. So we need three containers to put it in. I am going to be putting the eggs in this one, I'll be putting the flour into this one and the bread crumbs need to be closest to the stove because from there is where we are going to be putting it into the frying pan. Of course, we are going to need a frying pan because that is where we are going to be firing the schnitzels. We are also going to need a spatula to flip the schnitzels and to get them out of the frying pan and most importantly we need a tenderizing hammer. Now the tenderizer hammer has two sides. It has a flat side and it has a side with teeth on it. You also need a nice sharp paring knife that is to cut the meat and to cut the fat off of the meat and for this particular project, I have a couple of really thick pork loins so I am going to have to slice them up and we also need that to be able to cut the fat off. You also need a very good sturdy cutting board and basically you need that because you are going to be cutting the fat off. You are also going to be really pounding this meat because you need to get it very flat and you need to tenderize it so you are really going to have to hit this pretty hard. But basically these are all of the utensils you need to make a wiener schnitzel."
