"Hi this is Rich Buccola from New York City and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to make Veal Marsala. Alright so we are just going to chop off pieces. Here is our nice Portabella mushroom and I am just going to cut it into quarter inch slices this way and it is real easy to cut mushrooms. Then I am just going to turn it sideways like so. Then just cut nice big pieces like so. And that is how we are going to cut all my mushrooms. They will cook down. What you want have in this meal is a lot of nice pieces of different mushrooms. And what I will do I will just grab my all my mushrooms and just try to cut them to where they are all bite size and as you do that you can grab your other portabella and just I just keep them here on the tray. Then just transfer them as you chop them down to your desire. Then transfer them to a bowl and keep them on the side. What I like to do with my regular mushrooms is just give them a nice thin slice straight up and down with the stem on and what happens is you'll see is that they keep there shape and actually look really nice with the stem just like so in your Veal Marsala. So keep chopping up your mushrooms and when we come back we are going to start putting this all together. It is Veal Marsala, it is fresh, it is easy I not going to say it is inexpensive but it is good. Come on back."
