Serving Linguini & Clam Sauce

"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some spaghetti with clam sauce. Okay we are back, I just want to let you know really easy meal 10-15 minutes. You can cook in the morning put in your fridge reheat it at night. It is that good, it actually gets better as you cook it the second day or third. You may just want to if you have a big table just take the whole pot and bring it right in the middle of the table and let everybody serve themselves. Again I make garlic bread on this in a different segment on Expert Village, make that garlic bread with a simple salad. You got dinner. This could be your first course it is a great appetizer. So what I will do is just set something like this, grab the bowls, come into the kitchen and just grab a nice heaping amount and just put in there beautiful. It smells so good I can smell the wine. I can just smell it all, it just smells so good. What is great about this is the spaghetti or the linguine absorbs all of that flavor and it is so nice. So you come over here like that. Get a paper towel, you never want to serve the edges, makes sure your edges are nice and clean like that. Alright you come over, you serve it, you put a little bit of Parmesan cheese on top. Like so, I'm mean this is so good. Open up a bottle of white wine you got linguine with clam sauce. Let's try to see. I know how good this is I have been eating this a long time oh it smells so good. That is so good I'm going to need about 10 minutes before I come back cause I want to finish it. It is spaghetti or linguine with clam sauce here on Expert Village and it is out of this world.
