"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some spaghetti with clam sauce. So you get your garlic hot so we add the garlic to your olive oil. You are going to see it is going to start to smell really good in the kitchen and what you are going to do is get your clams and you are going to open up your clams. So we have our garlic in the oil, our spaghetti is cooking about 3 1/2 minute. You come over here, you open your 2 cans of clams and what you do is your drain them. Just give them a little drain and keep these on the side. Now this the way my aunt use to always do this I never understood why she just didn't use the reserve for there. But she would go out and get a little white clam sauce and what she would do is open that one up and get this really hot with the clam and everything and just put this whole can right in here. She would save these little pieces in here which are good and it makes it nice. This is better way to do it this way you come in here you got your clams, you got your clam sauce, little bits and pieces in there and then you are going to let that cook up a for a minute. Then you are going to come over and get your clams, you know your minced clams which are big pieces, you know you chopped clams. You are going to put those in be careful not to splash it on yourself. You put this in there you are going to get that really hot. That is that you are going to add a little bit of wine to this in a little bit. Come back we are making spaghetti with clams that is has been cooking for 4-4 1/2 minutes so in a few more minutes the clam sauce is going to be getting hot now. It is going to be done in maybe less than 15 minutes on your dinner table spaghetti or linguine with clam sauce here at Expert Village."
