"Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some spaghetti with clam sauce. So we are back and we are going to need the ingredients for this for this great meal. Like I said you can use spaghetti, you can use linguine, you can use angel hair pasta which is really nice. Today we are going to go with some linguine. So you would need a pound of linguine, you are also going to need a little bit of white wine. You don't need it this is one thing in the ingredients that you can leave out. I'm going to use it today cause I just happen to have some white wine left from the other day. Your spices are going to be parsley, a little seasoning salt and a little oregano. You are going to need white clam sauce it is just the broth of the clams, you are going to need some minced or chopped clams 2 cans. Some people would say to use 1, I like a lot of clams that is clam sauce we are going to use to it. Some fresh garlic and some flour to thicken it up and of course some Parmesan and you always want to use some salt and pepper to taste. Those are your ingredients real simple, simple oh you need some olive oil of course to fry up your garlic in and get it going. That is about it you also put some oil in your water so your pasta gets a little flavor and also does not stick. When we come back I would show you the hardware and we would start putting this together.
