"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm gonna show you how to make stuffed shrimp. Alright so we're just closing up, again, stuffed shrimp. It's a little difficult to make. It's something you gotta play around with, butterflying the shrimp and flattening them. But I'll tell ya, if you'd listen to the way I cooked it you'll see, a couple of times you're gonna have it mastered. It's something fun that you could make nice, you know, for a special occasion. And even just for a regular occasion cause you know why? The cost isn't that bad. The shrimp are about $11.99-$12.00 a pound, but the other ingredients were less than five dollars. So you're talking about $15.00 or less you got dinner. Of course you're gonna have to put all your side dishes in there like asparagus or again, like I make the scalloped potatoes, you might wanna do that. But just for the shrimp 4 to 6 people, $15.00 or under you got nice stuffed..Oh wait, actually I had (I had), I'm lying there. It would probably be, if you have to buy that lump crab meat don't forget, it's going for about $18.00 a pound. I happened to have about a pound of king crablegs. It wasn't a pound of lump crabmeat that went into my stuff, but it was close. So realize you're talking for 4 to 6 people, just the shrimp, you're probably looking at like $35.00 for 4 to 6 people with the shrimp, with the crabmeat. So again, that's about it. Hope you guys cook here. Thanks again for letting me in your kitchen all the time, and on behalf of Expert Village thanks for watching. "
