"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make stuffed shrimp. So I'm just going to keep going. I'm going to keep talking this one through; we could always just have some fun. I remember as a kid Rockaway Beach, the Rockaway Beach Bridge, it was the first time we ever went crabbing and I think we caught two crabs the whole day. And there were like thirty people there and we told, it was all the men. It was my uncles, my father, and my Uncle Eddie God rest his soul he was the best. He took one of the crabs, I was maybe like 9, 10, and it was all feisty and everything. And he tickled its belly and I remember him putting the crab to sleep. Here you just want to sometimes use your knife, you'll see it pops right out the meat. Just pull it right out, put it in your thing. Again, with your paring knife you can get in there and just be careful and just pull it out. Yeah, so I loved always being around my family and having them around. And cooking with them was great. And this is easy; this is easy stuff to do here. You want to pull it out here, right there just pulling the leg off. You see, this is a lot of meat just easy to pull off. You want to get about a half a pound of meat, and when we come back I'm going to start putting this all together and making our stuffing. It's stuffed crabmeat stuffing shrimp. Ha! How's that one! Here on Expert Village."
