"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed shrimp. All right, I'm going to show you how to get some fresh crabmeat. These are beautiful king crab legs that I had, about a pound left over in the freezer. Why buy lump crabmeat when it's, I think she said eighteen dollars a pound for lump meat already done. You know I don't even have a cracker here today for it, but I'm going to show you I have a great knife. As long as you have a great knife, you could always get the meat out of it. And I'll tell you crabmeat is outrageous, it's awesome, it's one of my favorite things in the world. Go get lost one day with some king crab legs and a few beers by the beach. I promise you'll have a great, great time. Look you just cut them in half. See what I just did? I just took a flat leg and I cut it in half. Just with your finger you actually open it up and pull that meat out. And you see it real simple to work with. Take your time with the knife though, be careful. Of course if you have a cracker it's a lot easier but I just wanted to show, even if you didn't have one, you could use your knife and just pull everything out easy. And then just put it in your little bowl here, and that's going to be your lump meat.. your lump crabmeat."
