"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make stuffed shrimp. Alright so we're back, we see we've been chopping our onion back and forth. I just want to show you, I push it, I push it, I clean it off my knife and I just, I work the back of the knife chopping. You play a little music, have a little candle burning, whatever's good for you. Watch your soap operas. And we were just talking actually about parsley which I'm going to bring into the mix. Parsley is actually a great, it's better than any kind of mouth wash for your breath. It will fight off the onion smell of breath. Any kind of bad breath you have. And it lasts ten times longer than, I think they said that, not to give you just a tip but I think they said that mouth wash lasts about seven minutes and then it's done. So this is good, eat it it'll clean your breath. So this is our onion, we chopped it up. We're going to put it right here into our same dish and we're going to get ready to go over to our frying pan. When I come back we're going to heat up some oil and we're going to just cook this enough just to open it up just enough to get the flavors to come out. And we're going to take it right off the flame and we're going to use it for our stuffing. It's stuffed shrimp here on Expert Village."
