"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm gonna show you how to make stuffed shrimp. Alright so we're back. It's been about three minutes, oh look at that, beautiful you can smell it, just a great smell, can't even tell you. What I do is I just, you know be careful grab one like this, throw it right into your colander. Again, if you can't grab it, take a spoon try to get one of the legs to come up like so, and then you could grab it. Or, just you know what, let's be safe here. Use your tongs, you can't go wrong. Grab your tongs just put it right into your, in here, and just put it right over here off to the side and just let it sink. And you just actually just keep it in your sink and let it cool. That's it I'm gonna just let it cool. We're gonna go back now, we're gonna show you how to butterfly our shrimp. Turn this off, can't really save that for anything so just throw that away, clean your pot. We'll come back we're gonna butterfly our shrimp and start putting together our crab and our (our) batter for our (for our) stuffing and we're gonna get it all in the oven and it's gonna be great. Gonna open a bottle of wine today too. Whoo!, we're living. It's Expert Village and it's stuffed shrimp. "
