"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make stuffed shrimp. Alright, so I'm back. We're going to need utensils, real simple utensils. Again, when we cook, when we cut and devain our shrimp, I like to have a paper towel here but that will be later. Basically you're gonna need a nice cutting knife. You're also gonna need a nice chopping knife. Go out and get yourself a good set of knifes folks because the more you cook in the kitchen, the less you'll spend in the restaurants and the fast food, and these pay for themselves. You'll need a cutting board. I do all my cooking here on Expert Village a little small table, you don't need a big cutting board. I show you every time, I can cook here lot of times I make most of my meals before I even go to work and by doing that, I'm never late for work cause I'm up a half an hour early. Over here though, we're gonna need a pot of boiling water for our crab, and you're gonna need a frying pan for our, for when we saute our onions and celery. And you're also gonna need a cooking sheet that we're gonna put some oil on, lightly oil for our shrimp to go in at a 350 degree oven. So right now, I am going to set my oven for 350, which is there, and I'm going to put, when I come back I'm gonna put my ingredients for my water and start to devein and de-scale the shrimp. Come back, it's stuffed shrimp here on Expert Village, and it's awesome. "
