"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm gonna show you how to make stuffed shrimp. So you're gonna need about a pound to a pound and a half of jumbo shrimp. You're gonna need about a half a pound to three quarters of a pound of either lump crab meat, which is more money, or you can just get king crablegs like I happen to have in the freezer, and I'm gonna use those today for my crabmeat to stuff with. You're gonna need one celery stalk. You're only gonna need about two, three tablespoons of some chopped parsley. You're going to need a half a cup, or usually a half an onion. Nice medium size onion. You're also going to need some bread crumbs, and salt and pepper for taste. But also for our water for our crab, I like to throw in some bay leaf, salt, a little oregano, and a little seasoning salt for the, for the salting and seasoning our king crableg. And gonna need a little olive oil so we can fry up our onion and our celery to get it translucent. And we're gonna mix it all together with our bread crumbs and our crab and it's gonna come together and it's gonna be beautiful. Telling ya when I come back, I'm gonna show you how easy the utensils are for this meal. I am telling you this one is gonna be great. Go out and get some shrimp, fresh shrimp because it's fresh shrimp, stuffed fresh shrimp here on Expert Village and it's gonna be awesome."
