"Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. It's been 30-35 minutes. Our shrimp are looking really beautiful. Go, go, go. You're just going to grab a shrimp. We're going to get our tongs and we're basically going to grab them nice and carefully. Place them in. You'll see they'll start to sizzle up nice. If they sizzle too much, lower your flame a little bit. That's pretty good. We didn't get an over boilage. I'm just going to cook them for like a minute or so on each side. I'm going to do about 5 of them in this pan. Also, get yourself a plate with some paper towels so you can take it from here to there and they can drip off all the excess. It's been a few seconds. I'm going to take it and just take a quick look. I see that they're turning already. I'm going to give it flip to see. Not ready yet, so I know these aren't ready. Like said, about a minute and start to flip it. See how they turn nice and brown. That's ready to go. That looks nice. Again, flip this one. I'm going to give it a flip. That's basically what we're going to do. They're going to cook for about a minute. That's it. 30 seconds on each side. Maybe 45 seconds on each side. Once they're brown and golden, I'm going to take them from here and put them right out here so the excess can drip out."
