"Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. Then the last thing that will go in our coconut shrimp. We're going to just open an egg like so. Crack a nice egg. We're going to get a half a cup of flour. Put that in. We're going to get a tablespoon of baking soda. Just go right in here. Get a nice tablespoon. A nice tablespoon of baking soda. Now, beer. Some people say, do you want to use a lot of beer or you want to use a little bit of beer. This calls for like a cup of beer. This is 3 cups of beer. This is actually a great stout. I'm using a cream stout today. I'm going to use half a bottle, which is probably more than a cup, but it's great stuff and it's going to make for a great batter. With that said, you get a fork or a spoon, which I'm sure everybody in America has a fork and spoon. If not, we've got to help them out and see that everyone does. Just give it a good mix. This is your batter. Wow. The cream stout smells great. Just giving this a great mix, and that's it. That's going to be your beer batter for our coconut shrimp. We're going to grab our coconut lastly and grab our last bowl. You need 2 small bowls and 1 medium size bowl. Put your coconut, about a cup, in your last bowl and then you're ready to go. That's it. When I come back, we'll start making this, get our parchment. I'm going to clean up a little bit so I can show you how easy. Get it on our parchment paper, put in the fridge, and then we'll start making the apricot sauce. I mean orange marmalade sauce."
