"Hi! I'm Chef Rainer Wickel and I am here today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Well we are on to our next step in making our Tequila Lime Shrimp skewers and what we need to do now is put them on the grill. Now we actually marinated these for about 4 hours so all these nice flavors has seeped into it and we also soaked the skewers so that they have that moisture in there. When we cook them, all that moisture is going to evaporate and going to prevent the shrimp from actually sticking to the skewers and it is going to make them cook a lot better. Well what we want to do is turn the grill on to about low to medium heat. We don't want it up too high because we don't want to burn these and if you over cook shrimp, they are going to turn kind of rubbery and they are not going to taste that good. So what we want to do once again is, low to medium heat and make sure to preheat the grill too because we want the grate to actually be nice and hot so that it starts sizzling right when we put it on. So it looks like it is about right. We've had this grill running for a little while and it looks like the grate is nice and hot and just go ahead and put it on to the grill. You can see that it is already preheated enough, it has already started to sizzle a little bit and what we want to do now is let this cook for about 2 minutes on each side. We don't want to over cook it but 2 minutes is usually a good guideline. It all depends on how hot the grill is, so you know might want to cook this a little longer. It is all by looks. You just want to make sure that the shrimp are nice and pink before you take them off the grill. So what we will do right now is let this cook for about a minute and half on this side to 2 minutes and go ahead and flip it over and cook it for about another 2 minutes on the other side. Now be careful when you are actually picking these up. You can use a spatula to flip these over but they are on skewers so you can go ahead and flip it over. But if you do that, make sure that you don't burn your finger. And this is how we grill our Tequila Lime shrimp skewers. "
