"Hi, I'm Chef Rainer Wickel and I'm here today with Expert Village.com. Well, we're on to our next step as far as making our Filet Mignon in red wine sauce. And now I need to go over with you all the ingredients that we need to make this dish. Of course, the very first thing that we need is two filets, and as you can see we two nice choice Filet Mignons right here, and these are going to be really good. Now, in order to make the sauce, we need four cloves of garlic, and we're going to go ahead and put these through the garlic press and mince them, and put them into the sauce mixture. We also need one onion, which we're going to slice thin and cook in the butter and this is actually going to be the base of our sauce. And, of course it's a red wine sauce so we need red wine. We're going to be using about two and one half cups of red wine and we also need ground pepper, and sea salt, sea salt is a personal preference of mine. This is actually for the Filets, we're going to be putting the pepper and the salt on the filets to give it that nice flavor before we put it on the grill. And, we need extra virgin olive oil. Now, we're going to be using about three tablespoons of the extra virgin olive oil and we're going to be dolling that over the Filet Mignons before we put them on the grill. And, we also need oregano, this is also for the sauce, and we need about a quarter cup of tomato paste, and the tomato paste is also going to bind in with the red wine to give it that additional flavor. And, we need butter. We're going to using about six tablespoons of butter on this. We're going to be frying the onions in the butter and then as we're making the sauce, we're going to try and get the consistency up. We're going to adding butter into it to give it that nice flavor. And, these are all the ingredients we need to make our Filet Mignons in Red Wine Sauce."
