"Hi, I'm Chef Rainer Wickel and I'm here today with Expert Village.com. Well, we're on to our first dish and that's Filet Mignons in a red wine sauce. And, it's not really that involved but I need to go over with you all the utensils we need to make this dish. Now, the very first thing that we need is a nice sturdy cutting board. Because we are going to be dicing up ingredients to put into the sauce, so you need to make sure that you have a really good one. The next thing we need is a nice sharp knife, and the reason we need the nice sharp knife, and need a big on, is because we are going to be dicing up onions and you want to have something thats sharp so that we can do that right. Also like to have a nice sharp paring nice. I always like to have a paring knife with me because you never know when you're going to use it and we're definitely going to need it for today's dish. And we need a whisk, and the reason we need a whisk is that's what we're going to be using to actually mix the sauce, we're going to be putting butter in this sauce too and we need something so that we can mix is all well together. We also need a garlic press, and the reason we need the garlic press is, the recipe calls for minced garlic, so we're going to be mincing fresh cloves of garlic into the sauce mixture. And, we need a sieve, and the reason that we need a sieve is this is actually what we're going to be using to pour the sauce into because we don't want all the large chunks of ingredients in there, we just want the pure sauce so we're actually going to be pouring the sauce through the sieve into a bowl, which we need a bowl. And, we also need a press, and the reason we got the press here is when we have all the ingredients in the sieve we want to press down on it to get all those additional juices out of there, to get all that really good flavor into the sauce. And, we need a skillet, just a regular sauce pan, and of course that's what we're going to be cooking the sauce in. And, for today's purposes we're going to be grilling these Filet Mignons on an outdoor grill. Now, you could put these under a broiler but they really taste best when you grill them, so of course, we need a grill and we need a spatula because we need that to flip over the steaks. And these are all the utensils that we need to make our Filet Mignons in Red Wine Sauce."
