Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how make stuffed peppers. All right just remember that they are done. They have to go in the oven at 350 degrees. Remember you don't want to overcook these because the peppers will fall apart and you will have mush. You just want to keep them in there for about 5 or 10 minutes just to get them hot. They are already done, everything is cooked even the peppers by putting them in the water, softened them up. So just about 10 minutes in a 350 oven. You see they just go in like that for about 5 to 10 minutes. With peppers in the oven, you always have to check them because they if they get too soft, they are just going to fall apart. They taste good like that, but they don't look too good. It's been about 10 minutes and I can see they are sweating which is a good sign. When I say sweating, you see the moisture coming off of them. That tells me that they are soft and beautiful. If you wanted to actually get them really brown, you put them underneath your broiler to get that brown cheese affect.
