"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. All right we are back. I just want to let you know that I took a little taste and you might want to do the same yourself. I am going to add a little salt and pepper; just go around a couple of times for taste. Got a real nice taste to it. Really good. Little pepper all the way around. With that, we are going to take a little non-stick spray and take our pan which I did not mention in the beginning. So make sure you have a nice baking pan because we are going to put these in the oven and give it a quick spray. All right this is where we are going to stuff. Grab your pepper and just grab a nice little heaping amount and just keep poking in until it is filled. That is how we do it. Oh, look at this. Now you see what I am getting out of here. You've got the rice, meat, cheese in there, pepper. I tell you this is dinner right here. You've got all your main food groups I think. We are just going to really fill it up to the top and once you get it filled to the top, put it right here on your cooking tray and try to get it so that it stands; they will. Just to finish it off going to take some Parmesan Cheese and put it right on top like so. Now we will make them brown nice; all nice and brown. Come back and going to have these all filled and going to put them in the oven. "
