"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. Okay you see we've got our onion chopped real nice and fine. Look how nice and fine those pieces are. Just again working it back and forth chopping it. I am going to take our onion and garlic and go to our stove. Going to get a nice flame under our small little pan here, our sauteeing pan. Going to take about a teaspoon, tablespoon of olive oil and coat the bottom and going to get it real hot. Going to add our garlic nice to this pan and we are just trying to get it open. Don't want it to turn brown and you just want to get it nice and brown. We are going to add our onions nice and carefully right from the cutting board and sautee these just again so that they are translucent. All right you see I've got everything opened up nice, nothing is burned, lower your flame and just add it right to your mix here. Right to your chopped meat. Look at how nice that is. That's it and come back and we will start mixing this all up. "
