"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. All right I just want you to know that I got a chuck meat. It wasn't just super lean but I like the fat but I don't like that much fat because it just isn't good for you. I like the flavor of a chuck so that is what I got today and he grounded it up for me. So what you are going to do in New York City, you don't want to put your grease down the drain. So what I am going to do is get a can and I put it in my sink and you'll see if I just tilt the pan sideways, I can get a lot of this fat. It will just right out of my pan and what I will do is also because I just missed, make sure you've got hot water running because if some does go down your drain, it isn't going to clog your pipes. So I am going to just give it a nice little drain. You don't have to get it all out but a good portion will help. You see I get all that fat out and makes it a little bit more healthy. For you health conscious people out there, come back. Ooh, I don't want to lose it. If you don't get it all out, it's okay. Want that flavor. That's it. What you are going to do then is put it back on your stove and take off the heat and just stir it so whatever grease was remaining, gets evenly distributed to the meat. At this point, you are going to grab your salt and give it a nice punch of salt for seasoning in it. You are just going to let that sit there while we get our garlic and onion ready for sauteeing and we will add that right to it. We are going to get our rice to it and add it all into this and stuff our peppers. "
