"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. Okay I have them all hoppled out; they look really really nice, boom boom boom. Standing up nice too. Look I put everythingon on my paper here. Just going to pick that up like so. My clean up is done. Remember guys, clean up as you go. So we have our peppers. Right here we are going to get our water boiling; nice boil on our water and we are going to add some salt. Just a nice amount of salt to flavor the peppers. Put your peppers in. What you want them to do is to get nice and soft. Going to put our peppers in and we are going to put our cover over and let them cook or boil for about 5 minutes until they are nice soft and tender. We are going to start making our stuffing now while they are actually getting soft. So this is pretty fast, pretty convenient and it is a great thing. Make them. Sunday football, they are really good. "
