"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. Hey we are back. First and foremost, we are going to start out with our peppers. What we want to do is give them a good rinse under the faucet. All right, just going to give them a nice rinse under nice cold water. Beautiful color peppers. Look at that; nice color vibrant. You want nice size ones too. Get some good ones so that you can stuff them real good. One pepper is like a dinner sometimes. I'll tell you when I was a kid, I could never eat two but I'll tell you as I got older, I could definitely eat more than one. Before we even start, this is a good time to actually get your water in the pot boiling with a little salt in there for flavor. The first thing we will do with our paring knife, very gently towards the center here just make a little cut. You are just going around the stem of the pepper and just going to cut around. You can bring it out a little bit then and you'll see just by doing that you take off the top there; simple as that. Once you do that to all four of these, another trick too my mom used to put a little paper towel like so and put her mess right here so you could just pick it up at the end. "
