"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. Okay we are back and I just want to tell you how easy the utensils are. A little bit more involved here. But it is stuff that you have or should have in your kitchen. First and foremost, you are going to need a cutting board. I use a very simple cutting board here today. I nice knife, chopping knife that you will need for your garlic and your onion. We are going to use a paring knife for your pepper and just a regular tablespoon to take out the insides of the pepper. I am going to use a measuring up today for my rice because I definitely want to do my measuring for rice. I found in the past that if I try to eyeball it, it just comes out in a mess. I do eyeball a lot of my cooking though and with that said we are going to use a bowl, a can opener to open your can of pasta sauce, a grater for grating cheese which will save you a little money because believe it or not, they charge you like a buck more when it is already grated. With that said, we are going to need a frying pan. Actually let's go back there; I'll show you what we need. We are going to need a nice big open deep dish frying pan for our stuffing and frying our chopped meat. We are going to need this little frying pan just to open up for our garlic an our onion and we'll throw it right in there. We are going to boil our peppers so they get nice and cooked already in a nice pot like this and when we come back, we'll cook our rice in a nice little saucepan like so. So that it is for our hardware or utensils. Come back, keep making these stuffed peppers. "
