"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am gonig to show you how to make stuffed peppers. All right so you know someone making this for the first time I would say can I use a different color of pepper. Now the different colored peppers are going to be a little sweeter and it's to your taste. I prefer the green pepper. What I look for when I buy one is it looks like it is shiny. You know its got a nice shiny coat to it. It is firm. You want it to be firm and nice in color and you want it to not be slimy. You definitely don't want it to be wrinkly. If it is wrinkly, it is old. If you can stick your thumb in it like this and you still see your thumb print in it, you know it is definitely old. You don't want that pepper. So look for vibrant colors. You definitely don't want any fungus on it and you just want to look for a firm good bright color, a nice shiny coat to it where it almost looks like it was laminated, you know. That's a good pepper. Buy some nice peppers. Come back and we going to start putting these together.; stuffed peppers. "
