"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. Okay. Don't be afraid of the juice. You'll see I got my tomatoes to where I like them. I'm going to add that right to our cucumber mix, straight forward. You might want to give your cutting board a quick rinse it this time. Just cleaned that thing. At this point, just give your tomato and cucumbers just a little stir, just so they fuse together. At that point, we're going to grab our medium to small onion. Don't want to kill this with onion. When you buy onions, again, all fruits and vegetables should be firm. If you can push your finger in and you see a circle from you pushing it in, it's no good. Don't buy that onion, all right? So basically, just going to cut off the ends like so. You could actually just cut this in half and just peel off your layer of skin. You can even pull the first layer, too, sometimes if it's brown. And what I do is just to chop it. And I'll just pull this one off, too, to show you how easy it is, just getting that first layer of skin off. Put that to the side. What I like to do is follow the lines of the onion. Always keeping my knuckles, my fingertips back from my knuckles so I don't cut them as I slice. And you just turn your onion the other way, and you chop that way. And you know what? If that's too big, which it is, I'll show you how easy it is to chop this down fine. Come back. We are chopping our onion, and it's stuffed cucumbers here on Expert Village."
