"This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. Alright we are going to take our little spoon here and take our cucumber half and just try to hollow out as much as you can of the middle. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to take your time. Try not to go past the skin area though because you don't want that to break. You want it to hold in all your stuff. So just nice and easy, little pieces you could start taking out and putting into your bowl. We are going to have to take them out of the bowl and then bring them to our cutting board to chop it up with the rest of our stuff because just taking your time, that's nice and easy. Just want to get a nice little boat; little banana boat. This will be a cucumber boat for our stuffing. Take your time. There is no rush here, no fancy way to do it. Just taking your time and you will see that you get it out and that one is nice and hollow and it is ready to go. Just grab whatever and do these to all four. When I come back, we will have our cucumbers hollowed and will start putting this all together. It is real easy, it is fast; 15 minutes it will be done. But it's not; it's going to be prepped in 15 minutes. This cooks for about 45 minutes to an hour at 375 degrees. Come back. We are making stuffed cucumbers right now. "
