"This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. Alright we're going to talk ingredients and I don't know how many you want to make but for each cucumber that you stuff you'll get two because we're going to cut them in half and then the two halves will make two cucumbers. So we're going to do two today. We'll make four. So two nice size cucumbers. How you want to look for them, if they're mushy and you can push you fingers through them and they are not hard, don't buy them. So that's pretty much it. They shouldn't be slimy or moldy or be wrinkly. The skin should be firm. They should be bright colors. Look at that. That's a beautiful cucumber. So get some fresh cucumbers. We're going to need some celery, one stalk. We're going to need a medium to small onion chopped finely. I'm going to get a tomato chopped finely. I'm going to use some bread crumbs for our stuffing along with some Parmesan cheese on top which is nice. And I'm going to use just a little salt and pepper for taste and some butter to mix up our breadcrumbs with. And my grandmother used to drizzle some olive oil over the top and then put her Parmesan cheese and make it real nice. And that's it. Real simple ingredients and when I come back I'll talk utensils and how easy that is. It is stuffed cucumbers here on Expert Village"
