"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make stuffed cucumbers. All right I just want everyone to know that I am Italian descent. We grew up with my grandmother always cooking stuff but not only that, my mother who was Irish and her sisters grew up in an Italian neighborhood, so they actually learned how to become great Italian cooks. One of the things my grandmother, she had a big yard, she used to grow everything. Every kind of thing from a cucumber which we are going to do today and she would find ways to stuff everything and she loved stuffing stuff and it was always a good snack. Today this is so simple, fast and it is fresh and when you taste it, wow, I never knew a cucumber stuffed could taste so good. This is one that I am going to be really happy to share with you guys today. I've got to be honest. It is only the second time that I've actually cooked it. I cooked it a couple of years ago and I stopped cooking and totally forgot about it. Because of Expert Village, I have had the chance to go through my great-grandmother's and my grandmother recipe book and I found this one. When I come back, I hope to share this one with your family, you cook it with your family and it is really fast fun and easy. Also, very very cheap to make.
