"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So in most of the Chinese dishes we add ginger and garlic. Of course people use ginger, garlic paste because people don't like it the way I'm doing. But as I told you vegetables are you know, very tasty the way they are. So if you're having it in a pure manner that will really soothe your taste. Believe it. So here it goes. A very nice and golden color has started coming on. Of course the green chilies are adding to the color. A nice golden, green color coming up. I've almost added the things. I mean, the onions, red chilies to it. Of course the ginger, garlic. Now I need to add some Soy sauce into it. I think two spoons would do. Of course you need to add some salt. We'll add some salt later also. "
