"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Eggplant don't take much time, but it's always advised that you cook your eggplants for almost ten minutes so that the color turns out to be golden and brown. Now you can have a look, since the oil was almost hot, the eggplant put into it they have already started turning golden and brown. It's always advisable, you can make a regular practice, whenever you're doing something you just put the oil on the flame and you cook something or cut something then put it onto it, you will be able to do your work more easily and very fast. So, here I am cooking my eggplant, deep frying the eggplant. It's going to take five or ten minutes. We'll be just using things to put it into the oil, and here it goes."
