"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. You can surely use ginger garlic in place, if ginger and garlic is not available the way they are. We're just using ginger and garlic the way they are. We just chopped the ginger and garlic; just chop the ginger and garlic into small, small pieces. Because it's always said, whenever you use the vegetable the way they are, they are more tastier, and whatever you add to it gives it a nicer taste. Now my oil is almost very hot and it's ready to put eggplants. Let?s put the eggplant into it, and we'll deep fry it until it gets softened. You have to deep fry it until the time it gets softened, until it gets brown and golden."
