"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. The whole procedure of making this recipe is to make the food tastier. Well Chinese recipes are very, very spicy. There not very spicy but very tasty. We use less spices in the Chinese recipe, but the only thing which makes Chinese recipes very popular there very tasty. So I'm going to make you taste my recipe. This recipe is just marvelous. We are cutting the eggplants. I just cut the first eggplant, now I'm going to cut the second eggplant. Repeat it again, you just have to cut the upper part which is of green color, of course we don't need it for eating, we just need the lower part to eat. Just cut it into two, of course you could cut it into four, and I'll tell you one more way how you can cut it and make your cutting more, more simpler. So here it goes, like this, of course I'm cutting four pieces at one time, which is I'm saving my time and I'll surely make this recipe in just ten minutes or twenty minutes, not more than that. Frying takes time, but it's the only way you work. You need to have things fried and softened because then no man can eat, we are not animals."
