"Hi, this is Richard Buccola, here in New York City, and today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fettuccine with pesto sauce. I'm telling you, this came out fantastic, we just tried it and we're all laughing in the background. I'm going to show you now, get a nice big bowl, take your fettuccine and start plating it, like so, by putting it in from one bowl, look how nice and beautiful that is. What I'll do here, as well, is, add a little bit of olive oil, to this, because I know it's just going to loosen it up a little bit. So just a little bit of olive oil, to your pasta, never hurts it. Then add the rest of your pasta and you see how beautiful, add a little bit more olive oil, just drain or drizzle it. It's a beautiful day when you can make this stuff up in ten minutes, for dinner. Now what I do is, I save a little bit of my pesto sauce and keep it in a Tupperware because, when you reheat this, sometimes what happens is, the pesto gets in the pasta and gets very dry, so this will loosen it up a little bit. I add like three quarters of this, right to the pasta, like so, I save a little bit, like I said and what you want to do is, give that a little mix and just fold it. You'll see the pasta will loosen up, from the olive oil, also from the pesto. "This stuff smells so good; I can't wait to try it." Just fold it, from the bottom, rolling over, bringing it into the middle. When I come back, I'm going to show you how to plate this, how to serve it, how much it costs and how to store it in your refrigerator. Its pasta, its fettuccine pasta with pesto."
