"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here, in New York City, and today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Fettuccine with Pesto sauce. Alright we're back and we're going to add pine nuts. Pine nuts are expensive, this was actually 4 ounces for $7.00 so you can use different variations, you could use walnuts, to play around but I'm actually going to add both but again, 4 ounces of pine nuts are $7.00, where they had this 3.25 ounces, of walnuts on $2.00, so do the math, if you're trying to be on a budget. I'm going to add one, two, three, about four table spoons of pine nuts, I'm going to grind them in. If they're not going in, you might have to push some of the stuff down, with your spoon, "it smells so good, I can't even tell you." You're looking for your consistency and it's looking really good. Now, we're going to take some walnuts and again, just grab a nice full hand of walnuts, nice handful. Put a handful in there and that's your variation and again, grind them up. When I come back, this will all be grinded down and we're going to add some olive oil, some salt and pepper, for taste and then parmesan cheese, put in on our pasta, less than 10 minutes and you got pesto with fresh roasted garlic fettuccine."
