"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fettuccine with pesto sauce. Alright, so you've got your tomatoes nice and clean. What I did here also is I just put some paper towels in my bowl and just threw my basil in there so it can drain a little bit. Real simple with your tomatoes. Just cut them in half and we're just going to quarter them. That's it. You have to realize the blender does all the work, which is great about this. You just want to basically cut everything into quarters and that's it. If you want to make it a little bit easier, you can cut them into just another quarter like that and like that. Not the best knife for cutting tomatoes, but it works. That's it. You're going to take these right into your blender. This is what is nice. The blender is going to do all the work for you. When I come back, we're going to add the basil, start chopping this up, and show you how easy it is to work this in the blender. It's pesto sauce. It's awesome, fresh, and it's great. "
