"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fettuccine with pesto sauce. First thing we're going to do, I took out my basil. It smells great. I love fresh basil. Put it in a bowl and just leave it on the side for now. The first thing we're going to do is try to get a few cloves of garlic. I like to use a lot of garlic in everything that I cook. Real simple. I just broke that off. To get your garlic. You see all the outer leaves. If you want to get off that shell of the outer skin, real simple just give it a punch with the back of the knife and you'll, your garlic comes right out. You'll have that stem part, which is a little stiff and hard. Just cut that out too and get it out. That's all your garlic. Since we're putting everything in the blender, it really doesn't matter if you chop it up or how you chop it up. You just want to basically get it out of the skins like so. Take it out of the skins, and when we come back, we're going to start showing you what to do with the basil. It's coming together. It's a fast, easy dish today. It's really good and really healthy. Everybody loves it. "
