"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fettuccine with pesto sauce. Alright. I want to talk just quick about hardware, very simple hardware. Today I'm just going to use a blender. I have a purer I use. I want to show a blender today because I feel everyone has a blender, or should. If not, you can do it the old-fashioned way with the mortar and pestle, get down there, and pound it if you want. For the fact that I don't want to do it the traditional way, we're going to do it this way. You might want to have a spoon or something just to keep pushing it down to get all the pieces as we purer it. Nice sharp knife for cutting your garlic. Also, a cutting board. Very simple. In the back, you just need over here a pot of boiling water. A pot of boiling water a colander for your spaghetti or your fettuccine. That's it. Very simple. Very simple ingredients. Very simple hardware. Fettuccine with pesto here on Expert Village."
