"Hi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village. Now let's make our glaze our glaze for our wheat free carrot cake. I'm going to put 1 tablespoon of oil inside a cup of confectioners sugar and then I'm going to add 2 tablespoons of boiling water and mix it together. You see it is become nice and smooth. If it is to thick you can add a little bit of water to it but be careful because if you add to much water to it is going to become very very watery and it won't get hard on the cake. Put a drop more, mix it up, you can add flavor to it if you want either vanilla or sometimes I add jello apricot jello just for the color food coloring that is inside of it and the taste which makes it nice. But I think for the carrot cake that we are going to have the frosting doesn't need anything it should become nice and smooth but not to thin as I said. Now we are going to put the glaze on top of the cake. You have to wait until it cools off because other wise the glaze is going to melt inside the cake and it won't be shown as desire. "
