"Hello my name is Mihaly Fabok and on behalf of expert village. This is a very famous dessert in the house called the Gundok pancake. This one is stuffed with vonut graham, some chocolate sauce on it, some epicot jam, some orange peel. So this is a very tasty flavorful dessert. And I can recommend for you a nice old toco assesium. For example this one which is a very flavorful dessert wine. The dominant flavor of the dessert wine like dried apricot, thick date also one of the great liquor so this is much in round with this type of dessert. The best way to serve first the wine and then the main course or the appetizer or the dessert. Because if you serve the dessert then it's too late to serve the wine before you have to taste it and you have to feel the different flavor and then if you have the course you have the dessert and have a little bit at the same time and you have to taste the wine and together you can feel the harmony in your mouth. It's important."
