"We are talking about dessert wines. This type of dessert wine is much involved with blue cheese, for example, or any dessert which has chocolate, like a pancake. This port wine has a little bit higher alcohol than the usual dessert wine. Usually it is a maximum of thirteen or maximum fourteen, but this wine is a forty five wine, so it has about nineteen or twenty percent of alcohol. It is a little bit stronger, so if you have a small glass, The best type of glass for a port wine is a port wine glass. If you have a nice blue cheese, like Stilton, it's the best type of wine."
