"Hello, my name is Dan. We are here on behalf of Expert Village. Also we are talking about white wines. How to serve the white wine and how to enjoy the white wine. This is an Hungarian chardonnay, actually this is our house wine in the restaurant and I would like to recommend this very nice white wine to our guests. So first of all, I would like to show for you the label and then I can explain the flavor, the aroma, the great forante, the origin place, where is was grown and also the vintage year, the name of the producer. Something like that. And then I open the bottle gently. You can take off the top of the bottle. And then the small sediment, you can clean it, and then the corkscrew can open the bottle. We have to check the cork. And then, after that we have to show the cork to the guests also, they can check the cork, the quality also. There are some names on it. And then, the next step, before I serve the wine to the guests we have to check the quality of the wine. We have to make sure the wine is good. The quality is excellent, and then we have to take a sip. You can see the color; we have to check that, ok. And then we have to taste the wine before the guests taste it. And then we can serve the wine. After that, we open the bottle; we have to pour a little bit to the guest who ordered first to taste the wine. And then we have to serve it, obviously ladies first. For your health."
