"My name is Mihaly Fabok we are here on behalf of Expert Village, also we are here to learn about wine kinds. The next wine, it's a very famous wine in France, called Sancerre. A famous wine from the Loire valley, Sancerre is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, a very famous grape in Loire Valley. The vintage year was 2006 so it's nice, fresh, crispy wine. Usually the Sauvignon Blanc is a bit stronger acidity, so it's much involved with fresh green salads, which has a bit of a higher acidity, combined with an acidic sauce like lamb sauce for example. So, this Sancerre shows a great part typical of the Sauvignon grape variety, and it is the wine you can feel a touch of floral bouquet also, which is a dominant flavor of the wine and sometimes when the grape are ripe or overripe, the tropical fruity flavor is also popular."
