"My name is Mihaly Fabok. We are here on behalf of Expert Villiage. We are here to learn about white wines. I would like to explain to you the first wine, which is made from one hundred percent of Olaszrizling grape variety, which is the most widely planted white grape variety in Hungary. This wine is a nice fresh white wine with a crispy acidicity and the most dominant flavor of the wine is like almonds. When we swallow the wine we can feel a touch of almond flavor and also a slightly fruity content. This type of wine should be paired with light cuisine like fresh green salad or roasted fish, for example. And is also a good choice for a summer evening. It is a nice refreshing wine. The name of the wine region is Aszar-Neszmelyi which is a very famous wine region in northeast Hungary, near the Slovakian border, which is a little bit cooler climate and the soil is most excellent to produce a nice fresh, crispy wide bodied white wine.
