And when you have this wine you can feel a nice, ripe, tropical fruity flavor and it also combines with a little bit stronger acidity. Because the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety usually has a little bit stronger acidity, together, it is a nice and very refreshing wine. So this Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most famous Sauvignon Blanc in the new World and also in restaurants.
